| A native West Knoxvillian, Sharon began
her involvement in the real estate profession working
as a part time secretary at one the city's largest real
estate companies while pursuing her degree at the University
of Tennessee. In 1972, her full time real estate career
began. Since that time she has achieved the Knoxville
Association of Realtors highest designation each year
to include several awards being named top agent of the
year in listings and sales. When you meet Sharon her professionalism
and 31 years of extensive market knowledge and experience
will make it apparent how she has achieved her tremendous

$1 million. '97 & '98 were banner years, exceeding

| Dick came to Knoxville to attend the University
of Tennessee. After graduation he completed a 4 year tour of
active duty on the United States Air Force. Upon returning to
Knoxville to join a Sigma Chi fraternity brother in private business,
Dick joined the Tennessee Air National Guard and retired from
the Guard after serving 22 years. Dick joined Sharon in the real
estate business in 1984 and since he joined the profession has
achieved the highest awards of the Knoxville Association of Realtors
each year. He takes the real estate business and the care of
his customers very seriously. He fully realizes a home sale or
purchase is quite often the most valuable item in his client's
financial portfolio. |

of the University of Tennessee, Wrenn joined Sharon and
Dick in 1997. After completing the required classes, Wrenn
received her real estate license which enables her to
focus primarily on the teams listings, sales, and closings.
The primary focus of Wrenn's responsibilities are dealing
with computer input for the MLS system, advertising placements,
and acting as the immediate accessible contact for our
